The ecofurnstore.fi online store is part of the business of EcoFurn Net Oy Ltd (VAT FI31696178). The domain of the online store is Finland. All prices shown include VAT. For orders outside of Finland, contact service@ecofurn.eu by e-mail
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
NOTE! Most of the products are delivered unassembled, see assembly and use instructions on our page EcoFurn® furniture assembly and use instructions . Please also note that the product images on the website are indicative; the coloring and pattern of the individual product may vary.
Ordering
You can order products from the online store by adding the products to the shopping cart and paying for them at the online store checkout. All customer data is treated confidentially. The contact information given in connection with the order is not used for anything other than the delivery of the order and handling of matters related to the order. When you order from our online store, you are deemed to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Order payment
The payment service between the seller and the consumer is provided by Klarna Bank AB (SE-556737-0431, address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. As a consumer, you do not need to register or pay additional costs for using the payment service. Klarna Bank AB is a payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL protected, which means that no outside party can see your personal information.
In order to be able to offer you Klarna payment methods, at checkout we may pass on your personal information in the form of contact information and order information to Klarna so that Klarna can assess whether you are entitled to their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy notice
Technical or human errors
We reserve the right to cancel any order even after the customer has received an automatically sent confirmation. Sometimes technical or human error can cause obvious errors in pricing. An obvious pricing error is, for example, when a product usually costs 150 euros, but due to a technical or human error, the price is 15 euros.
We try to correct all errors as soon as possible and always contact the customer to correct the situation.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. You will also receive a payment confirmation message from Klarna Bank. In order to receive order and payment confirmation emails, you must provide your email address when ordering.

Delivery and costs
You can see the delivery costs when you have chosen the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders mainly via GLS and Matkahuolto. Registered shipments delivered via GLS can be tracked with a tracking code, which is given by e-mail (from GLS) when the order is sent. We reserve the right to use different delivery methods.
Delivery time
Our usual total delivery time is 2-5 working days (order date is day 0) depending on the order and delivery method. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by third parties or inconvenience caused by force majeure or delayed delivery. We inform our customers about possible exceptions in delivery times.
Unreceived orders
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment he ordered, 19.90 Eur will be charged as a return shipping cost. If the customer has paid with a credit card, EUR 19.90 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If the customer has chosen an invoice as the payment method and has not paid in advance, 19.90 Eur will be invoiced after the return of the undelivered shipment.
Terms of product exchanges and returns
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the legal right to exchange products or return the order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused, salable products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
When you return the order, include your customer number / name and contact information as well as your bank account number/payment card number for refunds.
It is manadatory to contact us at service@ecofurn.eu before returning an order or a part of it.

The price of the call is the price charged by your operator when calling a Finnish mobile phone number.
Problem situations
If your order is lost, damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you must notify the relevant party or parties mentioned in the terms and conditions in writing within 14 days. If the order is damaged during delivery, a complaint must be made immediately to the transport company.
